Urns

This is the driving force behind Replify. It is the sole reason I stumbled on the amazing things one can do with 3D technology: the ability to create keepsakes and Urns, or vessels, that not only resemble, but are exact replicas of the loved one you have lost.

Replify can create a life-sized Bust, 3D Paw or Hand, and even a Full-Body (scaled down in size) statue of your loved one for use as a final resting place for a portion, or even all, of their ashes.

Here are a few of the options that Replify can provide you with:

Option 1

If you set up an appointment while they are alive, we can Replify your loved one in their current state. You can order your statue pre-made as an Urn, or you can just purchase a normal Replica and not think about it. At any time in the future, should the day come that you need it, you have only to email us the digital copy of your Replica, and we will remodel it as an Urn and ship it back to you at a major discount of the original price. If you purchased the lifetime warranty for your Replica, then we will provide this service free of charge.

Once you have your Urn, if you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself, most cremation facilities will allow you to return and they will transfer remains into a custom urn for you, if not free of charge, then for a very small fee.

We will at some point also add instructions on the website that will demonstrate how to turn your existing Replica into an Urn yourself; it is fairly simple, and more emotionally difficult than anything else.

Option 2

Call us shortly after your loved one has passed away, and we will either come to your house, or meet you at the hospital, cremation facility or funeral home of your choosing in order to take the scan then, of hands, paws, bodies, or faces. This applies for all humans, young and old, and all pets. This must be performed before cremation, or internment if you are wanting a standard Replica, and will need to be arranged with the facility beforehand, to ensure we have time to get there.

Option 3

We are working hard to find the right technology that will allow us to create an accurate 3D model of a deceased loved one based on a photograph or two, but unfortunately the tech just isn’t quite there, and it never really looks like them. Hopefully we will be able to provide this service soon enough, enabling anyone to have a Replica of their long deceased loved ones, or even just of themselves at a younger stage of life.

Again, we at Replify are no strangers to death, and to the sadness and confusion it can bring. There are countless many ways around the world in which people observe death and its rituals, and no way is more or less strange than any other. If any of these options seems like they may bring you comfort, we would be happy to assist you.
