Refunds & Returns Policy

All appointment fees are non-refundable

If you to need to reschedule your appointment, please call or email Replify beforehand and we will reschedule you to our next most convenient appointment, at no extra charge. Should you need to reschedule a second time, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to set up a new appointment at our regular price.

In the event that Replify should need to reschedule our appointment with you, we will give you priority in choosing the soonest and most convenient appointment for you. Should we need to reschedule a second time, for any reason, you will then be given the option to either book another priority appointment along with a 15% discount applied to your total purchase, or you may choose to cancel your booking.

Refunds and returns

Because each replica is totally unique and requires several hours of artistry, all sales are final.

If there are damages during shipping, please file a claim with UPS. Send us proof of your claim and we will re-print your statue at a discounted rate.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
